Do you sell to the public?


Sorry no, we only supply our partner stores by the pallet. No exceptions.


What is your minimum order?


$2000.00 Plus GST and a commitment to regular orders.


What are your payment terms?


Payment terms for registered stores is 30 days EOM and payment by EFT or cheque, we do not accept credit cards.


Do you pay the freight?


Yes, where feasible. In most cases we offer FIS provided the order reaches MOQ, however if your store is in a remote location we would ask for help with freight costs.


Can I visit your showroom?


Yes by appointment only.


Do you have a phone number?


Communications are by email only.


Can I order online?


Yes for registered stores online orders are welcome. To register please contact your Passtime representative by email sales@passtime.com.au.


How do I become a new customer?


Please email sales@passtime.com.au with a brief introduction and your store details. We primarily supply discount variety stores however in some cases we have shipped to Pharmacy’s, supermarkets and Newsgents.


Do you supply more than one store in the same town or suburb?


Generally not, if we have a partner store operating in the area we prefer to support the one store only.


What if I am a consumer and need a product that has sold out at my local store?


Please ask the store to order it for you with their next order cycle.


Can I receive an SDS for your products?


Yes please email sales@passtime.com.au with the product code and we will email you the appropriate SDS.


As a store how do I get access to the promotional items?


You need to be stocking our core range and place orders on a regular basis. You need to take a position on the promotional items when offered. Promo items are generally indented.


What if I am a supplier or contractor and would like to partner with Passtime?
